Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed before 5:00pm GMT are dispatched the same day. In many cases, dispatch continues until approximately 8:00pm GMT.

Processing times may be affected during public holidays or peak trading periods, including seasonal sales and promotional events.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

United States

    • Standard Delivery: Estimated 5–7 working days
    • Orders are shipped via DHL

United Kingdom

    • Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–4 working days

Rest of World

    • International Delivery: Estimated 5–14 working days
    • Orders are shipped via DHL or alternative international couriers
    • Courier selection may change at any time depending on destination and service availability

Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier handling, or external factors beyond our control.

Changes & Cancellations
